Mango refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Mango in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mango habit
We run mango the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Mango prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.8 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mango refill pack really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at mango in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mango in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where mango goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mango in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
