Mango pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Mango in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Mango prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.56 per 10 ml.
The short version: mango in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mango pen device really costs in Nouméa
Mango in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mango in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mango bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mango goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mango in Nouméa survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How long does mango in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mango the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.56 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does mango taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mango blend itself harsh.
