Lime prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Lime in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 2 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Lime is allowed to say
Lime prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run lime the same way in Nouméa: same prefilled pod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: lime in Nouméa works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested lime in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where lime goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here

New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does lime taste burnt?

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
