Lime pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Lime in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Lime in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: lime in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

How we tested lime in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where lime goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.85 per 10 ml.

Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.85 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
