Lime pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Lime in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Lime is allowed to say
The honest read on lime: 10 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: lime in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime pen device really costs in Nouméa
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested lime in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where lime goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised XPF51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.41 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in Nouméa survives.
