Lime box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Lime in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Lime sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Lime prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.65 per 10 ml.
The short version: lime in Nouméa works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime box mod really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at lime in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested lime in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where lime goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.65 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in Nouméa survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
