Licorice in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What licorice costs in Nouméa
Licorice refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A licorice refill pack from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: licorice in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Licorice in Nouméa reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested licorice in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Nouméa survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
