Licorice RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Licorice in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Licorice RDA here
If you are looking at licorice in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run licorice the same way in Nouméa: same RDA, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: licorice in Nouméa works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice RDA really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on licorice: 9 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.47 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | XPF65 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | XPF3.47 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does licorice in a RDA last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
