Licorice RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist
Licorice in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What licorice costs in Nouméa
Licorice in Nouméa reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice RDA really costs in Nouméa
A licorice RDA from the starter options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.58 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
