Licorice 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Licorice in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.99 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the 100 ml bottle you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Licorice 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested licorice in a 100 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 100 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.99 per 10 ml.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 100 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How long does licorice in a 100 ml bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 5 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is licorice legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
