Home / Licorice 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist

What the label on Licorice is allowed to say

Licorice in a 100 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The honest read on licorice: 12 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, 100 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

What a licorice 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa

Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.71 per 10 ml.

How we tested licorice in a 100 ml bottle

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
2. Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
• Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.

Where licorice goes wrong

• Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
• Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Nouméa survives.

The rules that apply here

Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
