Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
The honest read on lemon: 22 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at lemon in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
Lemon in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested lemon in a 30 ml shortfill
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.53 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.53 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
