Iced vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Iced in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Iced in Nouméa reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: iced in Nouméa works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.09 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.

Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Is iced legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
