Iced refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Iced in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.35 per 10 ml.
The short version: iced in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.35 per 10 ml.
