Iced refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with iced in New Caledonia
Iced in Nouméa reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Iced in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.46 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Nouméa survives.

Frequently asked questions
Is iced legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.46 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
