What iced costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
We run iced the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Nouméa
We run iced the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for iced in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.85 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
