Iced RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Iced RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 14 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced RDA really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on iced: 14 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where iced goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.9 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
