Iced mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Iced mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run iced the same way in Nouméa: same mesh tank, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: iced in Nouméa works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested iced in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Nouméa survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
