Iced cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
If you are looking at iced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Iced cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
We run iced the same way in Nouméa: same cartomizer, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested iced in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in New Caledonia |

| Entry kit | XPF42 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | XPF3.43 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.43 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
