Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Iced cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Iced cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
We run iced the same way in Nouméa: same cartomizer, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested iced in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.62 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.62 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF58 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.62 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
