Iced box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 3 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Iced is allowed to say
The honest read on iced: 9 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a iced box mod really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at iced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.93 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Nouméa survives.

Frequently asked questions
Is iced legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.93 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
