Herbal zero-nicotine bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Herbal in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 9 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a zero-nicotine bottle for herbal
A herbal zero-nicotine bottle from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.91 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Herbal prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.91 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long herbal tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested herbal in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.91 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
