If you are looking at herbal in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Nouméa
Herbal in Nouméa reaches the shelf in zero-nicotine bottle formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested herbal in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.32 per 10 ml.
