Guava starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Guava in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on guava: 6 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A guava starter kit from the best options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.98 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: guava in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a guava starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Guava prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.98 per 10 ml.
How we tested guava in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a guava bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where guava goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long guava in Nouméa survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
