Graphite refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Graphite in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the graphite habit
Graphite in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Graphite in Nouméa reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.08 per 10 ml.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.08 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for graphite in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.08 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should graphite start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
