Graphite refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Graphite in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Graphite refill pack here
We run graphite the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on graphite: 12 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: graphite in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.14 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.14 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
