Graphite RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist
Graphite in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Graphite in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A graphite RDA from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.38 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested graphite in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.38 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
