Graphite cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Graphite in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Graphite is allowed to say
The honest read on graphite: 9 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Graphite cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
A graphite cartomizer from the starter options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.71 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested graphite in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for graphite in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.71 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does graphite in a cartomizer last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
