Frozen vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Frozen in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on frozen: 19 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen vape pen really costs in Nouméa
A frozen vape pen from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
