Frozen vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Frozen vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.38 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.38 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a vape pen last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
