Frozen starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Frozen in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What frozen costs in Nouméa
Frozen starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run frozen the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a starter kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
