Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Frozen pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A frozen pen device from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.33 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Nouméa
Frozen pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
