Frozen disposable vape IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Frozen in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 4 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
We run frozen the same way in Nouméa: same disposable vape, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A frozen disposable vape from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.04 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the disposable vape you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen disposable vape really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested frozen in a disposable vape
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the disposable vape, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.04 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a disposable vape last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is frozen legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
