Frozen box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist
Frozen in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 6 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
Frozen box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen box mod really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on frozen: 23 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
