Frozen box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Frozen in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A frozen box mod from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.65 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen box mod really costs in Nouméa
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.65 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
