Frozen 10 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Frozen in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a 10 ml bottle for frozen
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.65 per 10 ml.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a 10 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: frozen in Nouméa works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested frozen in a 10 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 10 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.65 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
