Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
If you are looking at frozen in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 10 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A frozen 10 ml bottle from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.55 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: frozen in Nouméa works if the 10 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Frozen 10 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a 10 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.55 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a 10 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
