Fig squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist
Fig in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Fig is allowed to say
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: fig in Nouméa works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.35 per 10 ml.
How we tested fig in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where fig goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does fig in a squonk mod last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 21 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
