Fig prefilled pod IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Fig in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 8 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good prefilled pod from a repack
A fig prefilled pod from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.18 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run fig the same way in Nouméa: same prefilled pod, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: fig in Nouméa works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a fig prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on fig: 23 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested fig in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every fig bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where fig goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does fig in a prefilled pod last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.18 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should fig start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
