Cream vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Cream vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream vape pen really costs in Nouméa
We run cream the same way in Nouméa: same vape pen, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cream goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Nouméa survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.51 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.51 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
