Cream sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the guide shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Cream in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What cream costs in Nouméa
A cream sub-ohm kit from the starter options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.25 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on cream: 20 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.25 per 10 ml.
How we tested cream in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
