Cream starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Cream in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Cream starter kit here
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
We run cream the same way in Nouméa: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream starter kit really costs in Nouméa
A cream starter kit from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.86 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.86 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
