Cream in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
The honest read on cream: 6 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A cream starter kit from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.61 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.61 per 10 ml.
How we tested cream in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.61 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
