Cream pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good pod kit from a repack
Cream in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF1.67 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream pod kit really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at cream in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cream in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where cream goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here

New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
