Cream pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with cream in New Caledonia
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
We run cream the same way in Nouméa: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream pen device really costs in Nouméa
We run cream the same way in Nouméa: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

| Entry kit | XPF62 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | XPF2.85 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does cream in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 5 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
