Coil life, liquid cost and the cream habit
If you are looking at cream in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run cream the same way in Nouméa: same 60 ml bottle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
A cream 60 ml bottle from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.84 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.84 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
