Cola refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Cola in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cola habit
Cola prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.8 per 10 ml.
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola refill pack really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested cola in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cola goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here

Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cola the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.8 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.8 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
