Cola in Nouméa: 23 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good RDA from a repack
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola RDA really costs in Nouméa
A cola RDA from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.54 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cola in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cola goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.54 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cola in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cola the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.54 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does cola in a RDA last?
In Nouméa we measured 7 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
