Cola box mod IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Cola in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
If you are looking at cola in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Cola sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola box mod really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at cola in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested cola in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cola goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cola in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here

Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is cola legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
How long does cola in a box mod last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
