Cola in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, 10 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good 10 ml bottle from a repack
The honest read on cola: 16 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A cola 10 ml bottle from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.88 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, 10 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Cola in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 10 ml bottle formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested cola in a 10 ml bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where cola goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.88 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cola in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
Is cola legal to sell in New Caledonia?

What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a 10 ml bottle.
